OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators today assigned right-winger Brandon Bochenski to the club's American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators.

The 23-year-old NHL rookie recorded one goal and four assists playing in his, and the Senators', first 10 games of the season. Bochenski also had 22 shots and a +4 in the plus-minus rating.

Bochenski, a native of Blaine, Minn., returns to Binghamton where last season he finished fourth in team scoring and won the AHL rookie scoring race with 70 points (34 goals, 36 assists).

Binghamton won its first game of the season in seven tries on Sunday, Oct. 30, at Lowell, Mass., 3-2 over the Lock Monsters. The B-Sens' record stands at 1-5-1.

The AHL's Senators next game is Saturday, Nov. 5, when the Rochester Americans visit Binghamton.
