Return of Fans // What to Know Before You Go

Welcome Back Fans

We are excited to welcome back fans to the following games:


April 17 vs. PIT at 3 p.m.
April 23 vs. BOS at 7 p.m.

 

Here's Your Checklist ✔️

Before the Game

On Game Day

  • If you tested at Quest, fill out the game day health survey in the CLEAR app and complete your Health Pass
    • If you tested elsewhere or are fully vaccinated, fill out the health survey here to show at doors
  • Bring your mask and arrive with your pod

When You Arrive

  • Park in the KeyBank or LECOM Harborcenter parking garage (show your CLEAR health pass or Health Survey Confirmation email to gain entry)
  • Show your CLEAR Health Pass or health survey confirmation email and have your temperature taken to enter the building
  • Access your mobile tickets for everyone in your pod and go through the security screening
  • Cheer on the team! Go Sabres!

Options for Easy Entry ✔️

 

  • Three ways you can enter the game:
    • Proof of vaccine: Fans will need to have received their second dose of the Pfizer-BioNtech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine or single dose of the Johnson & Johnson's Janssen COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to the date of the game. Fans who are fully vaccinated can show their vaccination card at doors
    • Proof of negative antigen Covid-19 test (test must be taken within 6 hours of puck drop)
    • Proof of negative PCR Covid-19 test (test must be taken within 72 hours of puck drop)
  • We have collaborated with Quest Diagnostics who will offer antigen tests for $30 with test results within 30 minutes. Quest will also continue to offer PCR tests for $64 for fans who have purchased tickets. When scheduling your PCR tests, fans can use promocode: SabresFan  
  • The price of the test is not included in the ticket price. Fans will pay for the test directly with QuestDirect.*
  • Ticket buyers will be emailed a code to redeem when they schedule their appointment through the Quest Diagnostics website

*This is an out-of-pocket cost to the fan and cannot be submitted to insurance

 

If one of your attendees is under 18, be sure to submit their information and their parent/guardian information in the contact tracing form. Bring them with you for your appointment at Quest and inform them the minor needs to be tested as well. They will do the tests at the same time. 

If results are missing in accounts, please have the patients call 866 MYQUEST and request an email copy of his results be sent to them. This will follow compliance and to protect their privacy. To protect patient's privacy we need to fully authenticate them before sending results and also record the request. Patients should have no issue receiving his results in this manner. Our call centers are open and accepting calls.

Book Your Test

Contact Tracing ✔️

Make sure you've provided the contact tracing info for your pod. Fill out form below with Name, Email, Phone, Address, and Birthdate for each guest. 

Download the CLEAR app and complete your Health Pass ✔️

If tested at Quest: 

The Sabres have teamed up with CLEAR to use their Health Pass technology for COVID-19 screening of fans. Health Pass is a free, mobile experience by CLEAR, which securely connects a person's verified identity to multiple layers of COVID-19 related insights to reduce public health risk.

1) Download the Clear app (Download: App Store | Google Play)

2) Once the app is downloaded, open and select Health Pass. Then choose NHL and the Buffalo Sabres.

3) Snap a photo of your government issued ID.

4) You will see the specific entry requirements, including the following:

  •   Connect your Quest account
  •   Complete the health survey

NOTE: Please have your Health Pass ready prior to the game. You will be requested to show your Health Pass at doors.

If you tested at a location other than Quest or are fully vaccinated: 

Please be prepared to show proof of your negative test with matching ID

Arrival Instructions ✔️

TICKETS: Login to your ticket account on the Sabres App to ensure you can access your tickets for scanning on your mobile device. Click here for a refresher on how to download the Buffalo Sabres App and access your tickets. 

IMPORTANT: Because ticket forwarding is not allowed, all game tickets will need to be accessed via mobile phone by the person who purchased the tickets.

 

PARKING: Parking is provided with your ticket. To access either the KeyBank Center Ramp or LECOM Harborcenter ramp, simply show your CLEAR Health Pass to the attendant upon arrival.

 

HEALTH PASS: You should arrive with all members of your seating pod together. Each person will show their CLEAR Health Pass and have their temperature taken to gain access to the building. After which, you will go through our normal ticket scan procedure and security screen.

Please note per NHL rules attendees are not able to bring bags into the venue.
