The Coyotes believe Hockey is for Everyone and these diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives aim to go beyond driving tolerance but true acceptance and celebration of our colorful community by giving a voice, platform, and support to underrepresented groups.

Coyotes Care is the core philosophy that guides everything we do in our community. It is our drive to partner with non-profit, academic, economic development, government, and business organizations to build a stronger, healthier, and more vibrant Arizona. It is our inspiration to serve.

The Arizona Coyotes are committed to improving early childhood literacy in the state of Arizona by offering an engaging incentive-based reading program to Arizona teachers at no cost. The Coyotes Reading Program supports existing reading curriculums in grades 2-4 by encouraging students to increase the minutes they spend reading. To reward their hard work, students earn fun prizes and school activations sponsored by Delta Dental, including monthly Top Reader Pizza Parties, Howler visits and Coyotes Player appearances.
