After wrapping up 2014 with a 3-1 victory, the Red Wings will open up a six-game road trip starting in Western Canada. Detroit will square off with Vancouver tonight at the Rogers Center for the final meeting between the clubs this season. Detroit got the better of the Canucks back in November, defeating them 5-3, in a game which was delayed 35 minutes.

We could see some changes in the lines tonight; Coach Mike Babcock said goalie Jimmy Howard will start, but the line combinations aren't settled. Tomas Tatar moved to left wing with Datsyuk at practice, and Zetterberg was on the second line at left wing. Gustav Nyquist moved from right wing on the third line to the second line. Defenseman Jakub Kindl (elbow) practiced Friday but isn't eligible to come off injured reserve until Sunday.
