Kids Night returns to JLA this Wednesday

DETROIT -- The Red Wings aren’t the only ones returning to The Joe this week! Kids Night will be back in action for the Red Wings’ first home game since the Olympic break on Wed., March 3 at Joe Louis Arena.

The first 2,500 kids ages 12-and-under to enter will receive a Red Wings metal lunchbox, courtesy of the Detroit Medical Center. The puck drops against the Vancouver Canucks at 7:30 p.m. EST. (FOX Sports Detroit & 97.1 The Ticket). 
Fans are encouraged to arrive early as the returning players from the 2010 Winter Olympics will be recognized during a brief pre-game ceremony. Old-time hockey organist Dave Calendine will also be back in Hockeytown to entertain fans throughout the game.  Doors open at 6:30 p.m. EST.
