by Staff Writer / Detroit Red Wings
DETROIT -- Detroit Red Wings forward Kris Draper is listed as day-to-day after a CAT Scan revealed retinal edema (swelling).

Draper's eye, which was hit by deflected puck during the first period of Monday night's 3-2 victory over San Jose, was not damaged and his right orbital bone will be re-evaluated by physicians on Friday, October 21.

The 2004 Frank J. Selke Trophy winner has zero goals and zero assists in seven games this season.
