Unique NYR memorabilia in online auction

by Staff Writer / New York Rangers

On Tuesday, February 15, the New York Rangers will hold the annual full-team Casino Night fundraiser to benefit the Garden of Dreams Foundation

This annual fundraising event is a perennial fan favorite and features the entire New York Rangers team, coaching and hockey operations staff, and select alumni. In conjunction with Casino Night, the Rangers will be offering an online auction of rare and commemorative jerseys for additional support of the Garden of Dreams Foundation.

The jersey worn by Jeff Beukeboom during Adam Graves Night in February 2009 is among the items available in a special Casino Night online auction.
Fans will have the chance to own pieces of Rangers history with autographed jerseys from Brian Leetch, Adam Graves, and Andy Bathgate-Harry Howell Retirement Nights.  These old style jerseys were made for each special event only and were worn by the indicated alumni during the respective retirement night dates.  You’ll also have the chance to bid on other select jerseys including team signed 2010 Winter Olympics Silver Medal USA Hockey jerseys, and authentic Mario Lemieux and vintage Jaromir Jagr autographed jerseys.  This will be the only opportunity for you to get these one of a kind items so don’t wait.

Online bidding began on February 8, 2011 at 12:00 PM EST and will continue until February 22, 2011 at 9:00 PM EST. Please click here to place your bids and see the items available.

All net proceeds from this online auction will benefit the Garden of Dreams Foundation.
