New York Rangers President and General Manager Glen Sather announced today that center Jamie Lundmark (right) and goaltender Scott Meyer have been reassigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Lundmark has appeared in 76 matches with Hartford, registering 24 goals and 31 assists for 55 points, along with 56 penalty minutes. His 55 points ranks fourth on Hartford and is third among all AHL rookies. He was also selected as the AHL's Rookie of the Month for the month of February, recording five goals and six assists for 11 points and plus-6 rating in 14 matches. The 6-0, 190-pounder was the Rangers first round draft choice, ninth overall, in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft.
Meyer did not appear in any matches after being recalled by New York on April 2. In 13 matches with the Wolf Pack, Meyer has posted a record of 4-4-2, along with a 2.14 goals against average and a .921 save percentage. He signed as a free agent with the Rangers on June 26, 2001.
