Tonight's Game
The Rangers face-off against the Montreal Canadiens tonight at Bell Centre (7:00 p.m.), in an Original Six matchup. The Blueshirts currently rank second in the Atlantic Division standings, and fourth in the Eastern Conference, with a record of 7-3-0 (14 pts.). New York enter tonight's contest having been defeated by New Jersey, 4-2, Thursday at Madison Square Garden, their second loss in as many games after winning their previous seven contests. Montreal enter the contest with a 4-5-0 (eight pts.) record, and rank 11th in the Eastern Conference. Following tonight's game, the Rangers will return home to face-off against the Phoenix Coyotes on Monday, Oct. 26, at Madison Square Garden (7:00 p.m.).
