Calder Trophy finalist, Mike York, will participate in a live chat this Tuesday, June 13th, at 1:00 PM ET. The Calder Trophy is awarded annually to the NHL's top rookie.
York led all rookies with 26 goals and finished third in scoring with 50 points (26 goals, 24 assists). He was one of two Blueshirts to skate in every contest during the 1999-2000 season and is the first Rangers finalist for the award since Tony Amonte finished third in 1992.
In order to participate in the chat, you will need a personal User Screen Name, which can be obtained in advance by visiting nhl.com.
If you already have a Screen Name from past Rangers chats, that name will work. The actual chat auditorium will open at 11:30 AM ET, at which point you can begin submitting questions for Mike York. Visit newyorkrangers.com to view chat archives from other Blueshirt players such as Adam Graves, Tim Taylor, Kim Johnsson, Alexandre Daigle, Mathieu Schneider and the “Czech mates” (Radek Dvorak, Petr Nedved, Jan Hlavac).
