Predators Prospect Update (Mar. 6)

by Staff Writer / Nashville Predators
Anders Lindback's hot streak after grabbing the No. 1 goaltending job at the end of the season helped lead his Brynas squad into the playoffs in the Swedish Elite League, as most of the European Leagues have wrapped up their regular seasons and head into the post-season.

Closer to home, the NCAA regular season is coming to an end and conference playoffs are starting up. Taylor Stefishen and the No. 5 seed Ohio State Buckeyes open the CCHA tournament this weekend against No. 12 seed Bowling Green. Notre Dame with Ben Ryan and Ryan Thang are the CCHA's No. 1 seed and have a bye into next weekend's second round. Jeff Foss and RPI play at Dartmouth this weekend in the opening round of the ECAC tournament. Both the Hockey East (Colin Wilson - Boston University) and WCHA (Blake Geoffrion - Wisconsin & Ryan Flynn - Minnesota) wrap up their regular seasons this weekend and start post-season action next weekend.
