Predators Introduce Wendy's "Frosty Drive For Five" Promotion

-Each time the Predators score five goals, all fans get a free Frosty-

Nashville, Tenn. (October 4, 2008) – Nashville Predators President of Business Operations Ed Lang announced today a partnership with Wendy’s restaurants to reward all fans in attendance when the Predators ramp up their offense.

During the 2008-09 season, anytime Nashville hits the five-goal mark in a game, all fans can take their game ticket to a participating Wendy’s location for a free 12 oz. Frosty dairy desert. Last season, the Predators scored five goals in a home game on five occasions.

“We are excited to be able to continue to give our fans an added bonus when the team excels on the ice,” Lang said. “We hope this promotion is the start of a long, healthy relationship with one of the giants in the restaurant industry.”

Individual game tickets for the entire Predators 2008-09 season are on sale now, and start as low as $21. Individual game tickets may be purchased at, in addition to at the Sommet Center box office, or by calling (615) 770-PUCK.
