Nashville Predators Reassign Van Guilder to Milwaukee

Nashville, Tenn. – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has reassigned forward Mark Van Guilder to Milwaukee (AHL).

Van Guilder, 30 (1/17/84), made his NHL debut in Nashville’s 4-3 shootout victory over the Washington Capitals last night, logging 8:27 of ice time.

The Nashville Predators hit the road for three games beginning Friday, making stops in Anaheim, San Jose and Dallas before returning to Bridgestone Arena on Thursday, April 10 to face the Phoenix Coyotes at 7 p.m. CT (FOX Sports Tennessee, 102.5 The Game). Next Thursday’s game is Fan Appreciation Night and all fans in attendance will receive a gold Preds visor courtesy of Bridgestone. In addition, there will be a Plaza Party presented by Lee Company beginning at 5 p.m., the popular Shirts Off Our Back promotion where lucky fans will win game-worn Predators jerseys from that evening’s contest, and more.
