Nashville Predators Assign Forward Rich Clune to Milwaukee

Nashville, Tenn. (October 29, 2014) – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that forward Rich Clune has cleared waivers and been assigned to the American Hockey League’s Milwaukee Admirals. Additionally, forward Matt Cullen has been activated from Injured Reserve in advance of tonight’s game at Edmonton (9 p.m. CT, FOX Sports Tennessee/102.5 The Game).

Clune, 27 (4/25/87), has appeared in one game for the Predators in 2014-15, and 120 career NHL games since 2009-10, amassing 18 points (7g-11a) and 305 penalty minutes.

The Nashville Predators will play their next six games on the road as the team’s home, Bridgestone Arena, hosts the Country Music Association (CMA) Awards. Nashville starts the road trip tonight in Edmonton and continues on to visit Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Dallas and St. Louis. The Preds return to Bridgestone Arena on Tuesday, Nov. 11 to take on the Edmonton Oilers.
