"Miles for Petey" Program Continues

by Staff Writer / Nashville Predators

The Peterson Foundation for Parkinson's mission is to educate and raise awareness of the devastating effects of Parkinson's Disease. PFP raises funds to benefit Parkinson's related research, education and support groups in the Middle Tennessee Area and nationally. To support PFP, join the "Miles for Petey" campaign designed to encourage fans to make a monetary donation for every mile the Predators fly during the 2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs. So far the team has reached nearly 4,000 miles traveled!

Visit petersonforparkinsons.org for more information on the foundation and to donate $.10, $1, $10, $100 or any amount you choose per mile.

How it works:
   1. Click here to complete the "Miles for Petey" Pledge Form. Pledge an amount you'll pay for each mile the Nashville Predators travel during the 2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

  2. When the Predators loft Lord Stanley's Cup over their heads in victory (it can happen!) OR exit the playoffs, we'll contact you with a total number of miles and a link to fulfill your pledge to "Miles for Petey."
