Bridgestone Arena Upgrades Digital Presence

Nashville Tenn.  – Officials from Bridgestone Arena, one of the busiest entertainment venues in the Unites States over the past decade and a half, have announced the launch of their new website:

The new site boasts faster and more intuitive navigation, improves Bridgestone Arena’s online presence through desktop as well as mobile browsing and provides extensive resources for customers to purchase tickets, search for upcoming events and stay up-to-date on the latest Bridgestone Arena news. Sister sites and have also been incorporated into the overall look and feel of the newly designed website.

“We are thrilled with the new look of and mobile,” Bridgestone Arena VP of Booking David Kells said. “Event announcements, Nashville Predators news, parking and downtown traffic information, video features and arena highlights make this a one-stop shop for all Bridgestone Arena information. Our marketing team did a fantastic job with the upgrades and our fans will enjoy the new features.”

Over the last several months Bridgestone Arena worked closely with Carbonhouse, an industry leader in creating venue websites that bridge the gap between customers and venues, to upgrade their online platform.

"This new website provides an emotional and engaging experience for the user, as well as integrates the Bridgestone brand tightly into the design,” Carbonhouse Vice President James Sack said. “Key goals with the new website were to make it faster and easier to navigate for users. Most of all, we wanted to make it easier to manage and update the site. Now visitors can easily find their favorite events on both desktop and mobile devices, and start the purchasing process with a single click.”

Bridgestone Arena and the Nashville Predators also utilized Emma – a web-based email marketing service that helps organizations communicate in style – to upgrade their email marketing presence. Emma provided Bridgestone Arena and the Nashville Predators with a cleaner and more user-friendly newsletter experience for the thousands of fans who subscribe.
