He moved up to Lehigh Valley of the American Hockey League in 2015-16 and had 19 points (four goals, 15 assists) in 76 games. He made his NHL debut for Philadelphia at the New Jersey Devils on April 4, 2017, playing 17:47.
Morin played two games with the Flyers in 2017-18 but lower-body injuries sidelined him. He returned for the AHL playoffs but tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee May 9, 2018.
He played five games with Philadelphia in 2018-19, and made the opening-night roster for the 2019-20 season. He played one game, Oct. 27, 2019 at the New York Islanders, but re-injured the ACL in his right knee during an AHL conditioning stint on Nov. 6, 2019 and missed the remainder of the season.
