Daniel Sedin Bio

Daniel Sedin made history with the Vancouver Canucks on Jan. 21, 2016. Lurking at the post to the left of Boston Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask, Sedin scored on the rebound of a Christopher Tanev shot at 7:03 of the third period at TD Garden for the 347th goal of his NHL career, moving him past Markus Naslund for the most in Canucks history.

He and twin brother Henrik Sedin concluded their NHL careers on April 7, 2018. Daniel finished his last season with 55 points (23 goals, 32 assists), giving him 1,041 points (393 goals, 648 assists) in 1,306 NHL games.
