Penguins head coach Dan Bylsma arrived to CONSOL Energy Center Thursday afternoon to quite a surprise.
Waiting inside the players' lounge, just outside the locker room, waited the entire Penguins employees and staff. As Bylsma approached the gang, Penguins chief operating officer Travis Williams presented him with a plaque from the staff all of their signatures in honor of his winning the NHL Coach of the Year (Jack Adams Award).
Bylsma graciously accepted the award, and told the staffers, "You guys are all a part of this. Any time we have success on the ice, it's thanks to all of you and your efforts."
