    LINEUP UPDATES
Sidney Crosby has yet to see the doctor; he will do so this afternoon. Coach Bylsma said Brooks Orpik skated this morning on his own and his lineup for Game 1 will be a game-time decision.

Letang was listed as No. 3 on Cosmopolitan's "The Hottest Guys of the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs" behind Chicago's Patrick Sharp and Patrick Kane. What a travesty.

    REJUVENATED IGINLA
Dan Rosen of NHL.com had a fantastic piece on Jarome Iginla. How great is the opening quote?

Matt Niskanen is in awe of Jarome Iginla.

"The first morning he got here, I looked across the room and it was like, 'Holy hell, that's Jarome Iginla,' " Niskanen, the Pittsburgh Penguins' 26-year old defenseman, told NHL.com. "I've skated with Sid [Crosby] and Geno [Evgeni Malkin] for a while, but I don't know, he's been around for so long and been so good for so long that it took a little adjustment. I don't think I'm used to it yet. He's a legend."

Iginla doesn't have to be legendary for the Penguins to win the Stanley Cup this season. That's part of the reason why he waived his no-movement clause to facilitate a trade to the Penguins shortly before the NHL Trade Deadline.

    START ME UP
The Penguins will practice at Southpointe (closed to the public) at 11 a.m. on Tuesday afternoon. They'll continue their preparation for the NY Islanders. Game 1 is Wednesday at CONSOL Energy Center.

    ---

Since the Black Keys are playing tonight at CONSOL Energy Center, it's only fitting that we start the day with them. I've played a lot of Black Keys in the past and typically play stuff from their older albums (I know, very hipster of me). But I also love their new stuff, too. So today we'll kick off the day with "Little Black Submarines."

    Enjoy.
