Penguins Recall Ryan Stone

The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forward Ryan Stone from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL), it was announced Monday by Executive Vice President and General Manager Ray Shero. 

Stone is in his second stint with the Penguins this season. He was recalled on Jan. 7 and played four games for the club before being reassigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Jan. 25. He made his NHL debut on Jan. 10 vs. Tampa Bay. Stone has 21 points (7+14) in 38 games for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this season.  He was originally selected by the Penguins in the second round (32nd overall) in the 2003 NHL Draft.
