Bethel Park and Meadville are headed to the PIHL Penguins Cup Class AAA semifinals.
Meadville scored two goals in the final minute Thursday night to post a 2-1 victory over Erie McDowell.
McDowell posted a 1-0 lead with 11:43 to play on Nick DiSanti’s goal off a John Conway assist.
Morgan Nickerson tied the game for Meadville with 59 seconds to play. Mike Noonan and Alex Drelick assisted on the goal.
Nick Fedorka provided the game-winner for the Bulldogs 16 seconds later on an unassisted goal.
Mike Liscinski stopped 32 shots to earn the win in goal.
Bethel Park 7, Seneca Valley 0
Bryan Brown scored three goals and added an assist as the Black Hawks rolled to the victory.
Matt Quigley had a goal and an assist, while Graham Cohen had three helpers for Bethel Park. Thomas Whetsel, Logan Bannon and Robert Torchia all had goals, while Tyler Trocano had two assists. Brian Davin, Matt Seifert, Conner Wells, Kenny Lehman and Tyler Shipley all had assists.
Pete Consentino stopped all eight shots he faced to earn the shutout win in goal.
