  • The Pittsburgh Penguins will host its Hockey Fights Cancer Awareness Night on Thursday! Penguins’ Wives & Girlfriends will be selling Mystery Pucks on the concourse behind Section 121 and Section 224. Pucks are $50 each - cash only please – while supplies last. Proceeds benefit the Mario Lemieux Foundation and Research at UPMC CancerCenter, Partner with University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute.
  • The team will wear purple jerseys during the pre-game warm-ups which will be autographed auctioned off on nhl.com throughout Hockey Fights Cancer Awareness Month Proceeds will benefit the Mario Lemieux Foundation and research at UPMC CancerCenter, Partner with University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute.
  • Fans can also join the fight and look great doing it by shopping a unique line of Hockey Fights Cancer themed items now available at PensGear stores and online at teampittsburghgear.com. A portion of select sales will be donated to support research at UPMC CancerCenter; Partner with University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute.

Stop by the “Stack” stand located behind Section 108 to try one of CONSOL Energy Center’s newest culinary creations! Starting Thursday night, Funnel Cake Fries will be available! Featuring fresh strawberries, chocolate and caramel sauces and whipped cream served on a platter of fresh cut French fries – you won’t want to miss this sweet and salty treat! Pittsburgh Fries, Cheesesteak Fries and Buffalo Chicken Fries are now also available!

Stop by “The Carvery” located by Section 107 to purchase Thursday’s special chef-prepared creation: Herb roasted prime rib with Boursin cheese and caramelized mushrooms.

Premium Seat Holders, don’t forget to stop by an Action Station conveniently located inside the Captain Morgan and First Niagara Clubs to purchase Thursday’s special: Pressed Cuban – Old fashioned ham, roasted pork, chorizo, Swiss cheese, dill pickle and house mustard on rye bread.

Premium Seat Holders can also enjoy the following delicious entrée on Thursday inside the Captain Morgan and First Niagara Clubs at Section 103 & 113: Grilled pork loin with mashed sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts.

For the kids, don’t miss the Kids Zone Menu at Sections 116 and 229 that includes kiddie sized sodas, popcorn, hot dogs and nachos for $2.00 each.

Pick up your tickets for the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation 50/50 Raffle for a chance to win Thursday’s jackpot. The more you play the more it pays. Proceeds from this season’s raffle benefit the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation and the numerous charitable organizations it supports. Visit one of the seven concourse kiosks or watch for ticket sellers through the second intermission. The winning number will be announced in the third period.
