Fans are encouraged to come dressed in their best attire from the 1970s when the Penguins hold a special '70s Theme Night at Thursday's game against Carolina at PPG Paints Arena. Game time is 7 p.m.
The local band Dancing Queen - "Pittsburgh's hottest 70's Disco, Funk & Dance Band" - will provide pre-game and intermission entertainment from the GNC stage, and six oversized disco balls (more than 18 feet total) will be hanging from the rafters.
The Penguins' game-night presentation will have unique 70s-themed content throughout the evening.

Thursday's game is the fourth in a season-long series of Penguins theme nights that has already included Halloween Night, Star Wars Night and Ugly Sweater Night. Upcoming theme nights include "80s Theme Night" on January 25 against Minnesota; and "90s Theme Night" on February 15 against Los Angeles.
