Ten Player Tweets from the 2014-15 Season That You May Have Missed

Florida Panthers players and prospects share their photos, insights, personality and more on social media. Here's 10 social media posts from Cats players that you may or may not have missed this past season:

1. Jaromir Jagr returns to Twitter: After a radio silence dating back to March 29, 2013, Jaromir Jagr tweeted the below illustration of his first press conference with the Florida Panthers. You can also keep tabs on the legendary forward on his official Facebook Page.

2. Players Contribute to Panthers Palooza: The social media group night and intiative Panthers Palooza brought together Panthers Fans for a night of dinner and digital media. The Florida Panthers Foundation donated a fixed amount for every use of the hashtag #PanthersPalooza throughout the day. Other NHL teams, Panthers fans and players contributed to the total, allowing the foundation to donate $10,000 to technology at ARC Broward.


3. Captain of the fans: Willie Mitchell held his own ticket giveaway for the fan who could recognize the Panthers player in the photo he tweeted. The winner got two of Mitchell's tickets to a home game at BB&T Center.
4. Aaron Ekblad posts a selfie from the All-Star Skills Competition: Named to the 2015 All-Star Roster in his Rookie Season, Ekblad participated in the game and the All-Star Skills Competition in Columbus, OH. He was one of a few players to post selfies from the bench.
5. Movember: Throughout the month of November, NHL teams and players together raised $165,500 for men's health. Erik Gudbranson was one of the participating Florida Panthers 'mo growers. He chronicled some of his experiences on Instagram.
6. Huby Halloween: Jonathan Huberdeau puts together a pretty serious Halloween costume. He posted his goulish getup on Twitter this past October.
7. Roomates on the Road: Social media allows a look behind the scenes for Panthers road games. Aleksander Barkov snapped a shot of life with his roommate on the road.
8.  Rookie's Cookies: Mentoring the record-breaking rookie this season, Willie Mitchell shared a photo of Ekblad preparing snacks for the road.
9. Campbell's Cutie: Brian Campbell tweeted a photo of his little Panthers fan ready to cheer on the team!
10. Surprising with a Smile: Aaron Ekblad and Bauer Hockey surprised a JR. Panthers team in Coral Springs with free sticks.


Bonus: The unconfirmed author behind the Twitter account @Strombone1, live tweeted the third period of the NHL All-Star game.
