1. Rookie Aaron Ekblad's First Goal



Yes, Aaron Ekblad is in there somewhere. Ekblad scored his first goal on November 1 at home vs. the Philadelphia Flyers and is swarmed by his teammates for a big congratulations.

2. Veterans Day



On November 11, the Panthers wore camoflauge jerseys during warm-ups and General Peter M. Dawkins, USA (ret.) drops the ceremonial puck for Florida Panthers Captain Willie Mitchell and Patrick Marleau of the San Jose Sharks.

3. 20-Round Historic Shootout



On December 16, the Florida Panthers made history when they went into a record breaking 20-round shootout vs the Capitals. Nick Bjugstad scored the game winner.

4. Roberto Luongo Honored in Vancouver



Roberto Luongo earned his first win in Vancouver since being traded to Florida and received a standing ovation at Rogers Arena on January 8, 2015.

5. Aaron Ekblad named to All-Star Roster



Originally invited to participate just in the rookie skills competition, Aaron Ekblad was invited to play in the NHL All-Star game on January 25, 2015, recording 4 assists while being the youngest player out on the ice. No big deal.

6. Hey Now, You're An All-Star.



Roberto Luongo appeared in his 4th NHL All-Star game, second time in a Cats sweater.

7. Downing the Ducks



The Florida Panthers beat the Western Conference first place Anaheim Ducks 6-2 this season. Twice.

8. Goal of a Lifetime



After the freak incident during the Toronto Maple Leafs game where both of the Florida Panthers goalies were injured in game, Panthers held a "Goal of a Lifetime" contest. With over 1,500 applicants, two finalists were selected and participated in a Florida Panthers practice.

9. Young, Younger, Jagr



The trio of Jonathan Huberdeau (6-15—21), Jagr (6-12—18) and Aleksander Barkov (7-8—15) combined for 19-35—54 after Jagr joined the team on Feb. 28 (20 GP).

10. Two 19-year olds and a Veteran



With an assist on Aleksander Barkov's goal vs Boston, Jagr passed Ron Francis for sole possession of fourth all-time in points.
