5 THINGS EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT TONIGHT'S GAME:


5. The St. Louis Blues are one of three Western Conference teams that the Panthers will play twice this season. These two teams will meet again on March 7 at the BankAtlantic Center.

4. Tonight all 30 NHL teams will be in action. It is the only time this season that all 30 teams play in one day and only the second time in the last two seasons.

3. LW Cory Stillman recorded his third multi-point game (2-1-3) of the season last night against San Jose and currently has a four-game point scoring streak (4-3-7) in tact.

2. Tonight, Florida finishes a stretch of six games in 10 days. So far Florida is 3-2 in the first five games of the stretch and is currently riding a two-game winning streak.

1.   The trio of LW Cory Stillman (5-4-9), D Keith Ballard (1-7-8) and D Nick Boynton (2-3-5) has accounted for eight goals and 14 assists through the first seven games of the season.

The Florida Panthers will make their annual hospital visits on Tuesday, October 28 after practice that day. Panthers players and personalities will visit Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital and Chris Evert Children's Hospital at Broward General and distribute Panthers gift bags to the patients.
