2008 NHL Draft: Joshua Bailey

Leading up to the 2008 draft, will be highlighting some of the top prospects to look out for. Could the Panthers draft one of these players with their pick in the second round or might they move up to grab one of these top players to further bolster their system and hope they contribute to the big club one day?

Finished 2007-08 regular season with nine-game point streak, registering 23 points (5-18) and helping Spitfires finish third in Western Conference. Led Windsor in scoring while ranking 10th overall in league in points with 96. His 67 assists ranked third overall in OHL. Assistant Captain in 2007-08 season. Selected to the 2008 OHL All-Star Classic and had two goals in 2008 CHL Top Prospects Game, leading team to 8-4 victory.


Is a skilled centerman who is going to be on your power-play. He is going to be a skilled play-making player in the NHL and good things are going to happen for him at the next level due to his hard work. Is a good play-making centerman with ability to feed his linemates when he needs to and shoot the puck when the play requires that.
