Three days after returning to the lineup, Edmonton Oilers defenceman Daniel Tjarnqvist has once again been placed on the NHL Injured Reserve List.
Dan Syvret has been recalled from the Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League to take Tjarnqvists spot on the roster.
Tjarnqvist, who returned to the Oilers lineup at Detroit on Friday, February 23rd, is sidelined with an inflamed pubic bone that has seen him miss all but two of the Oilers last 25 games between January 2nd and February 25th.
