Time to get social again, Oilers fans! Let's take a look back at the week that was across the Oilers social media universe. This time around, we check in with two guys named Gretzky who are off to new homes and show some love for our furry four-legged fans, in addition to our recurring off-season tracker and fan spotlight. Enjoy!

There was a whole lot of Gretzky action in Oil Country this week! The Oilers started the week with the announcement of the addition of Keith Gretzky, brother of Wayne, to their hockey operations department as Assistant GM. And Keith wasn't the only Gretzky prepping for a move as the first steps were taken in the relocation process of the Wayne Gretzky statue from Rexall Place to its new downtown home outside of Rogers Place!

There was no shortage of furry adorableness this week as we continued our monthly Coventry Homes #OilersPets feature! This month, it's Ainsley Shymko's little pooch Gizmo who gets to bask in the spotlight, all the while raising $1 for the Edmonton Humane Society for every retweet, like and share he gets on Twitter & Facebook! Of course we would be remiss to not include some honourable mention photos as well. For your pet's chance to be featured next month, tweet us a photo and remember to include @edmontonoilers and #OilersPets or upload them to our Facebook page!

As the off-season rolls along, Oilers players continued to keep busy with all sort of activities this week! Matt Hendricks was back on the ice with a visit to fellow Minnesotan native and Florida Panthers forward Nick Bjugstad's hockey school in Matt's hometown of Blaine, Minnesota. Yak gave us another glimpse into his off-season training with a slo-mo Instagram video of him working on his snapshot. Anton Slepyshev is also getting into game shape with the team at CoreXcellence, while Brandon Davidson spent some quality time with family in British Columbia. Lastly, it was Mark Letestu who helped out with the kids this week at Oilers Hockey School in St. Albert, leaving behind some very happy little fans.

ori Vickers showed off a beautiful Oilers-themed sandcastle design from the annual Peachfest festival in Penticton, BC. Meanwhile, in the wake of the Wayne Gretzky statue's big move, fans took to Twitter to share their own photos with The Great One over the years.
