The Edmonton Oilers have recalled forward Tyler Pitlick from the American Hockey League’s Oklahoma City Barons on an emergency recall basis.
Pitlick, 22, has appeared in 38 games with the Barons this season, posting 22 points (8G, 14A), 10 penalty minutes and a plus six rating. He has recorded three points (1G, 2A) in his last three games.
The Minneapolis, Minnesota native has played three games for the Oilers this season, scoring his first career National Hockey League goal on October 26th against the Phoenix Coyotes.
