Bakersfield drew within two scores early in the third period but any momentum was stifled by the Aces as Alaska eliminates the Condors with a 4-1 win in game six of the ECHL Western Conference Finals.

With a 3-2 series lead, the Aces opened up game six with three-straight goals. John Ramage opened the scoring at 5:04 of the first period on the power play.

Turner Elson scored for Alaska at 7:09 of the opening frame.

Jordan Morrison would put the Aces on top 3-0 at 18:08 of the second period.

It was Bakersfield’s Erik Burgdoerfer who breathed life into the Condors with his power play goal just 46 seconds into the third period. However, the Condors could never get their offence to click again and the Aces outshot them 16-9 in the final 20 minutes.

Aces Captain Nick Mazzolini capped off the scoring at 4:03 of the third.

Edmonton Oilers goalie prospect Laurent Brossoit finished the game with 28 saves on 32 shots. He closes out the Kelly Cup Playoffs with a 10-6 record while posting a 2.27 goals-against average and a .921 save percentage.
