Zykov gets six points in QMJHL win for Baie-Comeau

Valentin Zykov had a goal and five assists for Baie-Comeau in its 7-0 win over Rouyn-Noranda on Saturday in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

Zykov is the No. 3 skater in the QMJHL, according to NHL Central Scouting's preliminary rankings of players eligible for the 2013 NHL Draft.

Zykov, a 6-foot, 210 pound wing, has 28 goals and 25 assists (53 points) in 43 games this season.

Baie-Comeau is second in the league standings behind Halifax, which features the No. 1 and 2 skaters, forwards Nathan MacKinnon and Jonathan Drouin.

MacKinnon had a goal and two assists Saturday in a 4-3 win over Prince Edward Island. He has 23 goals and 32 assists (55 points) in 32 games.
