RED DEER, Alta. - Ivan Nikolishin had a hat trick as the Red Deer Rebels downed the Saskatoon Blades 6-1 on Friday night in Western Hockey League action.
Adam Musil scored twice and added an assist for the Rebels (16-7-0). Wyatt Johnson also chipped in for Red Deer, which got 28 saves from Rylan Toth.
Wyatt Sloboshan had the lone goal for the Blades (9-8-3) in the first period. Brock Hamm made turned aside 21 shots in net.
The Rebels were scoreless on four power-play chances. Saskatoon was 0 for 5.
