Visentin makes 30 saves leading IceDogs to 4-0 victory over the Whalers @NHLdotcom

ST CATHARINES, Ont. - Mark Visentin made 30 saves for his second shutout of the season as the Niagara IceDogs blanked the Plymouth Whalers 4-0 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night in St. Catharines.

Freddie Hamilton led the way offensively for the IceDogs (5-6-1) with a goal and three assists as Niagara won consecutive games for the first time this season.

Alex Friesen and Jesse Graham each scored their second goals of the season and Dougie Hamilton, the younger brother of Freddie, scored his sixth of the season for Niagara.

Scott Wedgewood made 34 saves for Plymouth (5-5-3).

The IceDogs went 1-for-3 on the power play, while the Whalers were 0-for-3.
