The Detroit Red Wings are one of the two remaining unbeaten teams in the NHL, and they're aiming to stay that way.

The Wings take a 4-0-0 record into their home game against the winless Columbus Blue Jackets, one of four games on the NHL's schedule Friday night. Detroit has been off since Saturday's 3-2 overtime win at Minnesota, while the Jackets fell to 0-5-1 when they lost 3-2 at home to Dallas on Tuesday.

The NHL Network will televise the game in Canada, beginning at 7 p.m. ET.

Also at 7, the San Jose Sharks begin a road trip when they visit New Jersey. San Jose hasn't played since a 3-2 home loss to Anaheim on Monday, while the Devils have been off since winning 3-2 in a shootout at Nashville on Saturday.

An hour later, St. Louis plays its only home game in a nine-game stretch when it hosts Carolina. The Blues are back at the Scottrade Center after Tuesday's 5-0 loss at Los Angeles, while the 'Canes come to town following a 4-1 win at Boston the same night.

In the final game of the evening, Dallas continues its road trip with a visit to Anaheim. Canadian viewers can also see that game on the NHL Network, beginning at 10 p.m. ET.
