SASKATOON - Lukas Sutter scored three times as the Saskatoon Blades knocked off the Prince Albert Raiders by a score of 9-4 on Friday in Western Hockey League action.
Jake Trask and Dalton Thrower each scored two goals while Matej Stransky and Chris Collins also converted for Saskatoon (21-16-1).
Brandon Herrod scored twice for Prince Albert (14-23-3), with Michal Hlinka and Mark McNeill also scoring one goal apiece.
In his second career WHL start, Alex Moodie made 34 saves for his first win.
Raiders? goaltender Cole Holowenko was pulled early in the third period and was replaced by backup netminder Luke Lee-Knight, who made 8 saves on 10 shots. Holowenko stopped only 19 of 26 shots.
Saskatoon went 2-for-5 with the man-advantage. Prince Albert struggled with special teams, failing to convert on three power play opportunities.
