Sundher, Cote each have two assists to lead Royals over Rockets, 3-2 @NHLdotcom

KELOWNA, B.C. - Kevin Sundher and Brett Cote had two assists each for Victoria as the Royals skated to a 3-2 road victory over the Kelowna Rockets in Western Hockey League action on Saturday night.

Jamie Crooks, with seventh goal of the season, Robin Soudek, with his ninth, and Steven Hodges, with his fourth, scored for Victoria (7-6-0).

Keith Hamilton of Kelowna made 22 saves for the Royals.

Replying for the Rockets (4-6-1) were a pair of defencemen, Mitchell Chapman, who opened the scoring with his first of the season halfway through the first period, and Myles Bell, with his fourth, late in the second to make it 3-2. Adam Brown made 20 stops for Kelowna.
