Sundher and Wiklund find net in SO as Chilliwack edges the Rockets 5-4

CHILLIWACK, B.C. - Kevin Sundher and Alexander Wiklund had shootout goals as the Chilliwack Bruins edged the Kelowna Rockets 5-4 on Friday night in the Western Hockey League.

David Robinson, Brett Ward, Matthew Ius and Brandon Manning scored in regulation for the Bruins (14-30-2-4).

Jamie Benn scored his 26th and 27th goals of the year but couldn't convert in the shootout, while Colin Long scored in the first period and had the lone shootout marker for Kelowna (26-19-0-2). Long and Tyler Myers finished with a goal and an assist each.

Lucas Gore made 38 saves for Chilliwack, while Rockets netminding duty was split between Adam Brown, who was pulled after allowing two goals on the Bruins' first four shots, and Mark Guggenberger, who stopped 22 of 24 shots.
