Stamkos vs. Ovi on NHL Network Thursday @NHLdotcom
Who's the NHL's top gun -- Steven Stamkos or Alex Ovechkin? Hockey fans in the United States will get a chance to judge for themselves Thursday night.

Stamkos, the NHL's leader in goals and points, leads the Tampa Bay Lightning into Washington for a meeting with Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals at 7 p.m. ET. That game can be seen in the U.S. on the NHL Network. Ovechkin has 8 goals, and his 20 points is second to Stamkos' 24. Stamkos' 13 goals are also tops in the League.

Fans in Canada have a full night of action on Thursday. At 7 p.m. ET, both RDS and TSN will be on hand when the Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins renew one of the NHL's longest-running rivalries at TD Garden. Game time is 7 p.m. ET. At 10 p.m., the NHL Network will show Canadian fans the game between the Dallas Stars and the Los Angeles Kings at Staples Center, where the Kings have yet to lose this season.
