Skinner's two goals helps Kitchener Rangers slip by Owen Sound Attack 5-4 @NHLdotcom

KITCHENER, Ont. - Jeff Skinner scored twice, including the winner with 11 seconds left in regulation time, as the Kitchener Rangers edged the Owen Sound Attack 5-4 in Ontario Hockey League action Friday night.

Jeremy Morin, Skinner, Matthew Tipoff and Gabriel Landeskog had four consecutive goals to stake Kitchener (41-18-7) to a 4-2 lead halfway through the second period. Brandon Maxwell made 30 saves for the win.

Marcus Carroll and Jason Wilson tied the game for Owen Sound (27-32-8), before the Rangers took the lead for good. Grant McGee and Joey Hishon had opened scoring for the Attack. Jordan Binnington stopped 30 shots.
