Sisca scores hat trick as the IceDogs hammer Peterborough 6-2 @NHL

PETERBOROUGH, Ont. - Matt Sisca scored a hat trick and added an assist as the Niagara IceDogs dumped the Peterborough Petes 6-2 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night.

Alex Pietrangelo, in his first game back from the St. Louis Blues, had three assists for Niagara (8-8-4-4). Marco Insam had a goal and two assists while Matt Piva and Reggie Traccitto also scored.

Replying for the Petes (10-13-0-1) were Zack Kassian and Yves Bastien.

John Cullen made 31 saves for the win while Peterborough netminder Jason Missiaen stopped 40 shots.
