Forward Devin Setoguchi
, a restricted free agent, has signed a three-year deal to remain with the San Jose Sharks
. No financial terms were disclosed.
Setoguchi, 24, scored 22 goals -- including five game-winners -- and finished with 41 points in 72 regular-season games with the Sharks in 2010-11. He tied for the team lead in playoff goals with 7, including a pair in overtime, and had 10 points in 18 postseason games.
In 267 regular-season games during four seasons with the Sharks, Setoguchi -- San Jose's first-round pick (No. 8) in the 2005 Entry Draft -- has 84 goals and 159 points. He has 14 goals and 24 points in 48 playoff games.
"We feel Devin is an important part of our team," GM Doug Wilson said in a statement, "and we look forward to him continuing to elevate his game to the level we feel he is capable of."
