Brendan Shinnimin lead the Americans (34-11-1) with a goal and an assist while Adam Hughesman and Justin Feser added singles.
Cole Cheveldave made 27 saves for the win as Ty Rimmer turned aside 29 shots in defeat.
Kamloops went 1 for 7 on the power play while Tri-City failed to score on either of their opportunties with the man advantage.
The Blazers now hold a two-point lead over the Americans and the Edmonton Oil Kings for first place in league standings.
