Rowinski gets hat trick as Warriors beat Rebels 4-1
NHL.com @NHLdotcomMOOSE JAW, Sask. - Brendan Rowinski got the hat trick the Moose Jaw Warriors beat the Red Deer Rebels 4-1 in Western Hockey League action Wednesday night.
Thomas Frazee was there for Rowinski, assiting on all three of his goals.
Rowinski scored on the power-play, short-handed and even strength to give the Warriors (3-2-0) a 3-1 lead.
Spencer Edwards' fifth goal of the season was the Warriors' other marker.
Cody Smuk added a pair of assists.
Josh Cowan scored a power-play goal for the Rebels (2-3-0).
Brandon Glover earned his first WHL win for the Warriors, stopping 29 shots, while Darcy Kuemper made 20 saves in the Red Deer goal.
