Rogers Hometown Hockey: Oshawa, Ontario @NHLdotcom

Sportsnet will televise "Rogers Hometown Hockey" on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. ET, prior to the game between the Toronto Maple Leafs and New York Islanders. The location this week is Oshawa, Ontario and the show will celebrate the history of hockey in the city.

Among the features on the pregame show:

* Darryl Belfry, a skills coach in the NHL, has mentored Sidney Crosby, John Tavares, Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews, among others. There's a look at the process with Belfry, who runs clinics at Ridley College in Ontario.

* A look at the history of the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League; Oshawa has 184 players who have played in the NHL, including Tavares, Eric Lindros and Bobby Orr.

* A performance from the world-renowned Highland Creek Pipe Band led by former NHL goalie and Sportsnet analyst Glenn Healy.
