Reese's hat trick, Fadden's four assists lead Tri-City over Seattle 6-1

KENNEWICK, Wash. - Jason Reese had a hat trick and Mitch Fadden added four assists as the Tri-City Americans continued their home-ice domination, routing the Seattle Thunderbirds 6-1 Friday night in the Western Hockey League.

The Americans are an impressive 14-1-0-0 at Toyota Center this season, and four of those wins have come against Seattle.

Brock Sutherland and Kruise Reddick also scored for Tri-City (21-7-0-2), which has won seven straight.

Chet Pickard finished with 22 saves for the Americans, who took control of the game with a four-goal second period.

David Richard had the lone goal and Jacob DeSerres had 28 saves for the Thunderbirds (12-14-1-2), who saw their three-game win streak snapped.
