Reddick and Fadden score two each for Tri-City in rough 5-2 win over Spokane @NHLdotcom

SPOKANE, Wash. - Kruise Reddick and Mitch Fadden both scored twice to lead the Tri-City Americans to a hard-fought 5-2 win over the Spokane Chiefs in the Western Hockey League on Saturday night.

The game between the two U.S. Division rivals turned ugly in the third period, with two separate line brawls involving 14 players totalling 255 penalty minutes.

Tyler Schmidt had a goal and an assist and Taylor Procyshen chipped in three assists for the Americans (46-16-0-3).

Tyler Johnson had a goal and an assist and Drayson Bowman also scored for Spokane (41-20-0-3).

Chet Pickard earned the win in goal, stopping 12 of 13 shots before being pulled after the first line brawl in the third period. Brett Martyniuk allowed one goal on six shots in replacement.

Chiefs netminder Dustin Tokarski made 24 saves.
