Play Ultimate Fantasy Hockey Playoffs in six cities @NHLdotcom
Fans in six NHL markets can take part in their own version of the postseason by joining in the Ultimate Fantasy Hockey Playoffs this April.

Championed by the National Hockey League, the Ultimate Fantasy Hockey Playoffs will benefit the Foundation Fighting Blindness in its fight against retinal degenerative diseases that affect more than 10 million Americans. There will be events in six NHL cities, including "Draft Dinners" in Newark, N.J., Philadelphia and San Jose on April 13 and in New York, Chicago and Washington on April 14.

We invite you to become a fantasy team owner during our hockey Draft Dinner. NHL alumni will on hand at each local event to dispense advice about roster picks and, no doubt, to tell some great stories about the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

You and your guests will select your hockey "dream team" from players on Stanley Cup Playoffs-bound NHL teams. The Draft begins with a drawing to determine the order in which the players are selected. The real competition begins with the start of the actual Playoffs.

Statistical reports throughout the playoffs are updated daily and viewable on the Ultimate Fantasy Hockey Playoffs site at The daily updates will let you track the progress of fantasy teams around the league and in your division. At the conclusion of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, the overall winner from the competing divisions will receive the Gund Cup (a replica of the Stanley Cup trophy) and four tickets to the 2010 Winter Classic on New Year's Day.

Reservations are limited, so secure your team today by contacting the Events Manager in one of the participating cities. We guarantee your team will have a memorable evening and postseason by playing the "Coolest Game on Earth" while helping to fight blindness.
