OSHAWA, Ont. - Luke Pither had two assists as the Belleville Bulls scored three unanswered goals and held on for a 3-2 win over the Oshawa Generals on Friday night in the Ontario Hockey League.
Matthew Tipoff and P.K. Subban scored in the second period and Brandon Mashinter in the third as the Bulls (43-17-2-2) overcame a 1-0 Oshawa lead through one period. Brett Parnham and Victor Terreri scored power-play goals for the Generals (25-33-2-4), Terreri's coming with 36 seconds remaining in the game.
Mike Murphy made 24 saves for the win, his seventh in as many starts against the Generals this season.
Michael Zador stopped 24 shots in goal for the Generals.
